About the company/role:Major pharmaceutical companyBased in Northern suburbs of MelbourneSeeking an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator with strong leadership skills6-month casual contract with potential to extendFulltime, standard business hoursDuties include, but not limited to:Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and support the team to achieve productivity and service targets.Provide day-to-day guidance, training support, and foster a positive team setting.Ensure compliance with SOPs, WHS requirements, GMP standards (where applicable), and company policies.Monitor stock movement, support cycle counts and reconciliations, and investigate inventory discrepancies.Identify operational risks, process improvements, and support audits and corrective actions.Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions using warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, WMS).
