You'll work alongside our experienced fabricators and welders, assisting with product manufacturing and general workshop tasks.No previous experience is necessary — we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic and fitness.The RoleYou will assist our fabrication team with a range of daily workshop duties, including:Lifting and moving metal sheets, shelves, wire frames and equipmentPreparing materials by deburring, grinding, sanding and cleaning metal partsAssisting tradespeople with fabrication and welding tasksHolding materials in place for tack weldingHanding tools and materials to tradespeopleKeeping the workshop clean and organisedOperating basic machinery such as cut-off saws and pillar drills under supervisionGeneral labouring and workshop dutiesWhat We're Looking ForReliable and punctualStrong work ethic and positive attitudePhysically fit and capable of continuous manual handlingComfortable standing and working for extended periodsAble to follow instructions and work safelyReliable transportWillingness to learn current skillsComfortable wearing mandatory PPE, including steel-cap boots, safety glasses and hearing protectionNo experience is required.
