No two shifts are the same—you'll be juggling multiple systems and making real time decisions, all while maintaining a calm, professional approach.Job Location: BlacktownContract: Permanent full timeRoster: 2 days/2nightsPay Rate: SSIA Level 5Shift Pattern: Day and night shifts available on an 8-week rotating roster, averaging 76 hours per fortnight.
This roster includes 12-hour shifts across both days and nightsKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control platforms to detect and respond to incidentsCoordinate incident response, including escalating issues and communicating with on-site teamsMaintain accurate logs, reports, and system records for all security activitiesManage multiple systems in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong situational awarenessAbout YouMust haveSecurity Licence,Classification 1A(Unarmed Guarding)
