You will bring a quality focused mindset, a hands‐on approach, and a solid understanding of transport operations and compliance to ensure seamless daily execution.What You Will DoWork rotating shifts supporting both AM and PM allocation teamsManage the linehaul fleet, including subcontractors, to ensure service levels and customer commitments are consistently metSchedule, allocate, and monitor linehaul runs to ensure efficient pickups and deliveriesPlan and forecast resources to maximise fleet utilisation and improve customer outcomesBuild solid relationships with internal teams, drivers, and external stakeholders, maintaining explicit pick up and delivery requirementsLead and support drivers, ensuring compliance with fatigue management, company policies, and operational proceduresPromote and maintain compliance with transport legislation, safety standards, and best practiceWhat You Will BringExperience in transport and logistics,
