Join Fiskil as a Senior Software Engineer. Lead end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure on the platform powering Australia's Open Data economy. Work with Go, Type Script, React, Terraform, and Google Cloud. You're a senior engineer who enjoys building products, not just systems.

You're comfortable moving across the stack and taking ownership of ambiguous problems.

You likely have:/n

/n

- 5+ years of experience building production software

/n

- Robust hands-on experience with Go in production environments

/n

- Strong experience working with Google Cloud Platform

/n

- Experience building across the full stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure

/n

- Experience with Type Script and modern frontend frameworks such as React

/n

- A strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and production-grade backend services

/n

- Experience writing and maintaining infrastructure as code, such as Terraform

/n

- A deep understanding of security best practices for enterprise software

/n

- Solid experience with authentication and authorization protocols,



including OAuth 2.0 and OIDC

/n

- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and programming language concepts

/n

- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply

/n

- A strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment

/n

- Experience using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar

/n

Nice to have:/n

/n

- Experience with OpenID Connect, FAPI, or financial-grade API security profiles

/n

- Experience working on regulated data-sharing, Open Banking, payments, identity, fintech, or enterprise SaaS platforms

/n

- Experience with serverless or event-driven architectures

/n

- Experience with API gateways, secrets management, encryption, key management, and secure cloud architecture

/n

- Experience building developer platforms, customer-facing APIs, or technical onboarding flows

/n
