- Build and steward relationships with participants, donors,

high‐value fundraisers, community fundraisers, ambassadors and partners.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, agencies and fundraising platform providers to support campaign success.
- Monitor campaign budgets, schedules, revenue, expenditure and return on investment, providing insights to optimise performance.
- Report on campaign progress, risks, mitigation actions and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the strategic growth of unrestricted income and the delivery of significant fundraising, revenue, participation and marketing targets.
- Contribute to campaign planning, post‐campaign reviews, ideation and continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Attend events on weekends and undertake occasional interstate travel as required.

What you'll bring

- 3–5 years' experience executing marketing, fundraising or event campaigns, ideally in the not‐for‐profit sector.
- Proven experience delivering large‐scale campaigns with a revenue growth focus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities.
- Experience in digital marketing and/or fundraising to achieve campaign outcomes.
- Strong understanding of supporter engagement and participant journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to use campaign data, insights or reporting to improve performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM or fundraising platforms.
- Experience with peer‐to‐peer fundraising platforms such as Funraisin.

- Experience managing merchandise suppliers, campaign incentives or ecommerce activity.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers or external delivery partners.
- Experience supporting donor journeys, second‐gift conversion, regular giving or major gift pathways.

- Competitive salary and full‐time position.
- Salary packaging: $15,900 of your base salary tax free and up to $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
