The Role

Since 1995, our client has been delivering complex building services projects across Australia - and their QLD team is growing. They're looking for an Electrical Engineer (Building Services) with 1-3 years' experience to join them in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast.

You'll work across a varied project portfolio - commercial, healthcare, education, mixed-use and more - getting the kind of rounded design exposure that shapes technically strong engineers. No mailboxes roles. No endless repetition of one project type. Real design work, from the start.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have everything figured out - that's partly why this role exists. But you do need:

- A degree in Electrical Engineering and 1-3 years of building services experience in the Australian market
- Exposure to electrical building services design - you understand the fundamentals and you're hungry to go deeper
- Familiarity with Australian Standards and local authority requirements
- The kind of drive that means you ask questions, push for understanding and don't settle for "that's just how we do it"
- Strong communication skills - confident communicating at all stakeholder levels
