WHO YOU ARE

Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in a flagship or high-volume retail environment

Proven ability to lead teams and develop leaders across multiple layers of management

Strong ability to lead by example, coach a team, and drive operational excellence

Energised by a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment

Solid understanding of retail operations, from stock to visual merchandising

Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
