Your Impact

At Asahi Beverages, safety and wellbeing are fundamental to how we operate. We're looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of Environment, Safety & Wellbeing (ESW) training across the business.

You'll deliver engaging learning experiences, develop practical training solutions and support the ongoing improvement of ESW training across the business. Working across a diverse range of functions, you'll help ensure our people have the knowledge, skills and support they need to work safely and confidently while contributing to a robust learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training across a broad range of ESW topics.
- Own and continuously improve the ESW Training Needs Analysis (TNA) framework and training matrix.
- Develop, review and maintain training content that is practical, relevant and aligned to business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and capability gaps.
- Use data and insights to monitor compliance, evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
- Support ongoing improvements to training systems, processes and governance.
- Coordinate and facilitate key training initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, hospitality, commercial and corporate functions.




- Lead and support the Asahi Safety Leadership training program.

About You:

- Experience delivering training programs within a medium to large complex organisation.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills across both virtual and face-to-face environments.
- Experience developing training content, learning programs or training frameworks.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience identifying learning needs and translating them into practical training solutions.
- Confidence using systems and data to monitor training activity, identify gaps and measure outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
- A genuine passion for learning, development and helping people build new skills.
- Experience within safety, health, wellbeing, manufacturing, logistics or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
