This is an opportunity to join a major infrastructure project in a true HR Business Partner position, partnering with operational leaders across a large diverse workforce. Working within a supportive People & Culture team, you'll play a key role in driving workforce initiatives, managing employee relations matters from initial enquiry through to resolution and supporting leaders through change in a fast-paced setting.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing strategic partnering with hands-on HR generalist support.

The Role

In this varied position, you'll provide end-to-end HR business partnering support across a complex operational workforce.

- Partnering with leaders on a broad range of people, performance and workforce matters
- Managing employee relations cases including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations
- Coaching and influencing leaders through complex and sensitive situations
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and consultation activities
- Providing guidance on employment legislation,



policies and procedures
- Assisting with onboarding, performance reviews, internal mobility and offboarding processes
- Building strong relationships across operational and corporate sites

About You

- 5+ years' HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisory experience
- Strong employee relations and case management capability
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrate initiative to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
- A commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Experience within large complex business models or within infrastructure/construction/project environments will be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations or a related discipline
