Short Description
As an Agile Consultant with AI, you will lead and coach client and delivery teams in adopting AI-enabled ways of working and modern engineering practices. The role will focus on driving ways of working transformation, modernising ways of working, enabling product centric operating models, AI Governance, Value measurement and management, and embedding AI/Generative AI tools across the software engineering and management lifecycle.
You will work with large enterprise clients to solve complex technology and transformation challenges, requiring strong consulting delivery, stakeholder management, engineering leadership, and change management capabilities. The role requires a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, product centric operating models, AI Governance approaches, Agile management tools with AI capabilities, DevOps toolchains, cloud platforms, automation, platform engineering, and emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
Consulting Delivery

- Use Agile subject matter expertise to coach client and internal teams on Agile processes, practices, engineering ecosystems, and mindset change required to adopt AI-enabled engineering practices to Agile and DevOps ways of working.
- Lead project teams delivering specific functionality, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or infrastructure-as-software solutions using Agile and DevOps principles.
- Perform the role of transformation consultant, Program / project management, Iteration Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to drive adoption of Product centricity, Agile behaviours, practices, metrics, and value realisation.
- Administer maturity assessments and develop tailored blueprints for implementation, coaching and improvement plans




- Prepare communication artefacts, progress updates, enablement materials, and transformation plans related to ways of working initiatives enabled by AI.
- Establish AI Governance frameworks covering responsible AI adoption, risk management, policy compliance, model lifecycle controls, and AI operating models.
- Drive Engineering Excellence initiatives through adoption of quality engineering practices, DORA metrics, flow metrics, observability, reliability engineering, AI-enabled quality assurance, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams, and facilitate working sessions to identify barriers and solutions for scaling product centric ways of working, Agile, DevOps, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
- Provide performance feedback to Agile team members and support the identification, collection, reporting, and interpretation of Agile and DevOps metrics such as Flow metrics, Dora metrics, value realisation metrics.

Thought Leadership

- Provide insights on emerging Product operating models, AI Governance, Agile, DevSecOps, SRE, AI/ML, Generative AI trends.
- Develop best practices, patterns, coaching aids, white papers, and reusable assets related to ways of working transformation, DevOps maturity, AI-enabled delivery, and engineering excellence
- Stay informed on industry developments across product centric ways of working, Agile, DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Generative AI
- Capture work products, insights, intellectual property, and reusable transformation assets into the organisation's knowledge management systems.
- Act as an Agile transformation, DevOps, and AI engineering evangelist who can engage with senior client stakeholders and industry executives.

Business Development and Stakeholder Management

- Support Product centric, AI enabled ways of working transformation and DevOps strategy development for clients, including roadmap creation, maturity assessment, operating model recommendations, and implementation planning.
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, Infosys engagement managers, delivery leaders, and quality consulting practices
- Contribute to business development opportunities by shaping Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, and AI-led engineering transformation solutions
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making, remove delivery blockers, and promote adoption of contemporary engineering practices.

Skills and Competency Requirements
Essential Skills

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Information Technology, with strong experience in Agile consulting, DevOps, platform engineering, system integration, or technology transformation.




- Proven experience driving ways of working transformation in large organisations
- Experience working in top-tier consulting or system integration environments
- Strong understanding of product centric ways of working, DevOps and DevSecOps practices, automation, release management, and software engineering practices.
- Experience incorporating Agentic AI solutions into product management, Agile delivery, engineering workflows, and organisational ways of working.
- Hands-on experience with Agile management tools and related AI capabilities
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Product Portfolio Governance
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in distributed, cross-cultural teams and support multiple time zones when required
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of product centric ways of working, Agile frameworks, scaling methods, Operating model designs, portfolio management, DevSecOps, SRE, observability
- Experience with implementation of AI capabilities in Ways of working
- Experience with Value Stream Management, Flow Framework, OKRs, and Product Outcome Measurement
- Strong automation mindset with a vision for scalable, secure, resilient, and intelligent engineering environments
- Experience developing Agile/DevOps coaching aids, maturity assessment models, transformation playbooks, or reusable consulting assets.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and tools, platforms or Agentic approaches to Agile delivery.
