Quinn Allan is partnering with Navigator Global Investments, an ASX-listed global investment management business seeking a commercially focused Senior Management Accountant to join its Brisbane-based finance team.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this newly created role will take ownership of the Group's budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes, while partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful financial insights and Board-ready reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly management reports, executive commentary and Board reporting packs.
- Deliver financial analysis, performance insights and variance reporting.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and business partnering.
- Drive reporting enhancements, systems improvements and process efficiencies.
- Assist with month-end reporting and key finance projects.
About You
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Experience in management accounting, FP&A; or commercial finance.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
- Proven ability to prepare executive-level and Board-ready reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in financial services, funds management or ASX-listed environments will be highly regarded.
