We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with a strong background in managing high-volume inbound enquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation known for delivering exceptional service and supporting its customers through every interaction.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to enquiries
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining call quality and accuracy
- Record and update customer information
- Escalate complex matters where required
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

About You
- Previous contact centre experience is essential
- Demonstrated experience handling high-volume inbound calls
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and manage challenging conversations
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes
