Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Planner to join our team in Broadmeadows.

Reporting functionally to the Senior Project Manager, this role accountable for developing, maintaining and governing integrated project schedules that support the safe, compliant and timely delivery of pharmaceutical and biotechnology Lifecycle Management (LCM), Validation Compliance and Registration (VCR), capital, compliance and operational readiness projects within GxP-regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

The key objectives for this role are:

- Support lifecycle upgrades, VCR implementation, regulatory compliance initiatives and product robustness improvements that enhance manufacturing reliability, compliance and supply continuity
- Ensure project schedules reflect GMP, validation, quality, regulatory and manufacturing constraints, with active management of non-compliance, rework and supply interruption risks
- Integrate production windows, shutdowns, campaign plans, PPQ batches, cleaning validation, stability, sampling and quality release dependencies into executable project schedules
- Assist project teams in developing execution strategies that balance compliance expectations, operational readiness, safety, cost, resource availability and manufacturing commitments
- Develop, maintain and govern integrated Level 3 and Level 4 schedules covering engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning,



qualification, validation, regulatory, quality and operational readiness activities
- Support Project Managers and Project Engineers in planning, monitoring and controlling schedule milestones, critical paths, interfaces, float, constraints and key deliverables
- Establish, maintain and control schedule baselines through formal change control, impact assessment and governance processes

- Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, project management, construction management, planning/scheduling or a related technical discipline
- Formal training or certification in project controls, Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, AACE, PMI-SP or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other GxP-regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience supporting LCM, validation, qualification, capital or compliance projects in a manufacturing environment




- Advanced Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) scheduling and project controls capability
- Robust understanding of pharma/biotech GMP environments, including qualification, validation lifecycle management, change control, data integrity, deviation/CAPA interfaces and regulatory compliance requirements
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical Lifecycle Management (LCM), Validation Change Requests (VCR), Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) and technology transfer activities
- Experience integrating commissioning, qualification and validation activities into project schedules
