We're looking for an Undergraduate Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for an accounting student keen to build hands-on experience in management accounting and learn how to tell the story behind the numbers, while being part of a social, supportive team. Rather than focusing on transactional financial accounting, you'll get exposure to the analysis that helps shape business decisions. You'll focus on analysing financial data, identifying why profitability is changing, then communicating those insights through clear visualisations that make the numbers easier to understand and act on. You'll also support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to ad hoc analysis for stakeholders ranging from business managers through to the Board, all within a collaborative environment that's invested in helping early-career talent grow.

What you'll be doing

Essential:
- Current undergraduate student majoring in Accounting and/or Business Analytics.
- Expected to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
- Sound Excel capability.
- Good attention to detail and time management.

Nice to have:
- Previous internship or relevant work experience (highly regarded).
- Exposure to financial analysis or reporting in a practical setting.
- Confidence working across Microsoft tools.
