About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scaffolding Supervisors to join our team. This role plays a key part in guiding and supporting scaffold teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient outcomes across multiple projects.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate resources, and ensure that all scaffolding works are completed safely, on time, and in line with company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor scaffold teams to achieve project goals safely and efficiently.
- Support the Scaffold Manager/Senior Leads in developing quotes and providing tender information.
- Manage daily timesheets, delivery dockets, and documentation to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, Project Managers, and Site Services teams.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Assist with planning labour, materials, and equipment requirements for each project.
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate these to the management team.
- Ensure all company tooling, equipment, and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
- Participate in and promote Minprovise’s safety leadership and continuous improvement culture.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Licence to Perform High Risk Work – Scaffolding (Advanced) – Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a mining, shutdown,
or heavy industry environment.
- Statutory Appointed Supervisor – Section 26
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Sound computer literacy, including Excel.
- Experience working within strict HSEQ standards.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Desirable:
- 5–8 years of trade experience in mining or resources.
- Experience in bulk materials handling equipment (crushers, conveyors, feeders, etc.).
- BHP WAIO, RTIO Iron Ore or HIO Inducted
