KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Define Service Integrator and Managed Service Provider functions and responsibilities.
- Develop multi-vendor governance requirements.
- Define accountability model across providers (includes framework KPIs, SLAs and penalties)
- Develop cross-vendor incident, problem, change and service reporting requirements.
- Define service management tooling and integration requirements.
- Support development of the service delivery model and associated RFT requirements.
- Involved in providing clarifications and responses during the tender response period
- Participate in the RFT Evaluation process

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Robust experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Experience developing Service Integrator requirements and operating models.
- Experience developing Managed Service Provider / Network Provider requirements.
- Strong understanding of multi-vendor governance and service management.
- Experience defining KPIs, SLAs, service performance measures, and provider accountability frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change,



and service management processes.
- Experience with service management tooling and integration.
- Experience supporting RFT/tender processes, including tender clarifications and evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.

DESIRABLE

- Experience working on a program similar to PSMB.
- Previous experience in a mobile carrier or telecommunications environment/project.
- Experience developing SIAM requirements for large-scale technology or telecommunications programs.
- Experience developing Managed Service or Network Provider requirements.
- Experience working across design, build, and run phases of a major program.
