To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong project and contract management capability, with extensive experience in time, cost, and resource management across the planning, design, and delivery of public transport infrastructure projects, including the use of Primavera P6 and related tools. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and motivate teams, while working collaboratively within project environments and providing targeted support to project groups. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build relationships, consult at senior levels across public and private sectors, and negotiate effectively to influence outcomes.
