Unlike many agencies, our Property Managers are supported by dedicated administration and field service staff, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

As a Property Portfolio Manager,



you'll work closely with our experienced team to manage a portfolio of residential properties while learning all aspects of professional property management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Managing day-to-day property matters

- Coordinating maintenance and repairs

- Conducting routine inspections

- Responding to client enquiries

- Negotiating positive outcomes for all parties

- Ensuring a high level of customer service

- Developing your knowledge of tenancy legislation and industry best practice

About You

You do not need property management experience to apply. We are looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

To be successful, you'll have:
