An excellent opportunity is available for a Leasing Consultant looking to join an established and highly regarded real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire.

You’ll join an experienced Property Management team where you’ll have the support to do the role well while taking ownership of the day-to-day leasing process.

If you enjoy being out of the office, meeting people and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to develop your experience, earn commissions and build a long-term career in Property Management.

The Role

• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Manage tenant enquiries and follow-up
• Process and present tenancy applications
• Prepare leasing documentation and agreements
• Assist the BDM with newly listed properties
• Liaise with landlords and prospective tenants
• Coordinate the leasing process from enquiry through to approval
• Work closely with the Property Management and BDM team

About You

• Previous leasing or Property Management experience preferred
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle essential
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Keen to continue developing your real estate career
