Elevation Metal Roofing is looking for a reliable and hardworking Roofing Labourer to join our growing residential roofing team based in Brisbane.

We specialise in premium residential metal roof replacements and new roof installations across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

We are looking for someone who is physically fit, reliable, willing to learn and takes pride in their work. Previous roofing experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to build a long-term career in the roofing industry and learn from experienced roofers.

? The Role

As a Roofing Labourer, you will work alongside our experienced roofers and assist with a variety of residential roofing projects, including:

- Assisting with metal roof replacements

- Assisting with new Colorbond® roof installations

- Tile-to-metal roof conversions

- Loading, unloading and moving roofing materials

- Preparing materials and tools for the day's work

- Assisting with gutters, fascia, downpipes and flashings

- Keeping worksites clean, safe and organised

- General roofing labouring duties

- Working safely at heights and following site safety procedures

- Learning roofing techniques and developing your trade skills

- Supporting the roofing team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and ready to work.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous roofing or construction experience preferred but not essential

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

- Comfortable working at heights

- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Pride in maintaining a clean and organised worksite

- White Card – essential

- Working at Heights ticket – preferred, or willingness to obtain

- Current Driver's Licence – preferred

- Reliable transport to and from work

- Own basic tools – preferred
