We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer focused Café All Rounder to join our team on a part time basis, with a minimum guaranteed 15 hours per week with the opportunity for more!

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Position Overview

The Café All-Rounder is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the café. This hands-on role combines barista duties, food and beverage service, cleaning, and general café support to ensure a welcoming and effective setting for patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, professional, and productive customer service.
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables and maintain clean and presentable dining areas.
- Assist with café opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee-making equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as required.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.
- Clean and sanitise tables, benches, equipment, and workstations.
- Sweep and mop floors throughout service periods and at the end of shifts.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with café and kitchen team members.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
- Support café operations during busy service periods and special events.
- Availability in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Skills & Experience

These are the desired skills and experience for this role:

- Experience in a customer service or hospitality environment.
- Previous barista experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to perform cleaning and manual handling tasks.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
