Advanced Aviation Training (AAT) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified Flight Instructors interested in joining our growing training operation.

AAT conducts professional flight training from our established Redcliffe base and our developing Bundaberg operation. As our training programs continue to expand, we are seeking to identify qualified instructors who may be interested in current or upcoming employment opportunities.

We welcome applications from instructors across a range of experience levels and are open to discussing full time, part-time and casual employment arrangements.

About the Role
Depending on qualifications and experience, instructors may be involved in:

- Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL) training
- Private Pilot Licence (PPL) training
- Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) training
- Navigation and advanced flight training
- Instrument and night training where appropriately qualified
- Flight Instructor Rating training where appropriately qualified
- RAAus flight training
- Student mentoring and progression
- Maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and instructional quality

Essential Requirements
Applicants should hold:

- A current Australian pilot licence appropriate to the instructional role
- A current CASA Flight Instructor Rating and/or relevant RAAus instructor qualification
- A current aviation medical or other medical qualification appropriate to the privileges being exercised
- Current flight review, instructor proficiency and recency requirements as applicable




- Australian working rights

Desirable Qualifications
Additional qualifications such as the following will be highly regarded:

- Grade 1 or Grade 2 Flight Instructor
- Instrument Rating instructional privileges
- Night VFR instructional privileges
- Multi-engine instructional experience
- Flight Instructor Rating training experience
- RAAus Senior Instructor qualifications
- Experience delivering structured RPL, PPL or CPL training
