Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out cleaning tasks as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures or as directed by the Environmental Services Manager.

- Work independently with excellent time management and adhere to all policies and procedures.

- Use cleaning chemicals and machines safely while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

- Demonstrate compassion when working with individuals who have mental health challenges.

- Assist with various cleaning duties, including standing, lifting, and moving at a moderate pace.

- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Essential Requirements:

- Recent police clearance.

- Working with Children Check.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cleaning role.





- Physical fitness to handle standing, lifting, and moving.

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

- Willingness to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.

- Experience working with cleaning chemicals and machines.

- A compassionate approach to individuals with mental health issues.
