We're looking for an experienced Claims Manager to join our growing team and become the driving force behind our claims service. About the Role
You'll manage the complete claims process from first notification through to settlement while acting as a trusted adviser and advocate for our clients. You'll work closely with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters, builders, repairers and clients to ensure every claim is handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance claims
- Act as the primary advocate for clients throughout the claims process
- Liaise with insurers, assessors and third parties to achieve timely and fair claim outcomes
- Provide expert advice on policy coverage and claims procedures
- Negotiate settlements and resolve complex claims
- Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their claim
- Identify opportunities to continually improve our claims service
- Build strong relationships with insurers and industry partners
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in insurance claims, broking or underwriting
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of general insurance products
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Experience working for either an insurance broker or insurer will be highly regarded.
