Overview:

The Unified Communications Engineer plays a key role in ensuring SA Health's communication systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose to support operations.

- Delivers and supports telecommunications and unified communications services across SA Health.
- Provides technical expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of communication technologies.
- Supports the reliability, availability and security of voice and collaboration platforms.
- Works collaboratively with Digital Health SA teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver effective communication solutions.
- Contributes to service improvement, project delivery, and the resolution of complex technical issues.
- Ensures communication services support the operational needs of clinical and corporate services across SA Health.

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
