This is a casual, online-only role working after school hours and on Saturdays, giving you the flexibility to deliver sessions from home. As an Education Specialist, you'll use your teaching expertise to play a vital role in helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and reach their potential in literacy and numeracy through online delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll deliver engaging, evidence-informed educational support entirely online.

You will:

- Provide tailored tutoring and intervention in literacy and numeracy via video conferencing
- Conduct educational assessments online to identify student needs
- Develop and evaluate individualised learning plans
- Collaborate remotely with families and multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists)
- Contribute to professional learning opportunities within the team
- Actively participate in professional development to stay at the forefront of best practice

What you'll bring

- Teaching qualifications + NESA Proficient Accreditation (or equivalent)




- Experience teaching literacy and numeracy across age groups
- Understanding of the science of learning, reading, and maths
- A collaborative, proactive, and caring approach
- Confidence delivering engaging lessons in an online environment, with a suitable home setup (reliable internet and a quiet space)
