Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone and via email
- Process sales orders, quotations and customer enquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support stock control, merchandising and inventory management
- Assist with receiving, handling and organising stock
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch
About You
- Experience in internal sales, trade counter sales, industrial supplies, warehousing, stores, logistics, or related supply chain environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, hands-on and team-focused approach
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to safely perform manual handling duties
