We are now looking for an experienced Ranger to join our team in Belmont

Skill Hire is partnered with Local Government councils throughout WA, and have a local council in the Eastern suburbs of Perth, now seeking an experienced Ranger, for a period of 3 months.

About You/The Role

- Must be able to provide a National Police Clearance (we can assist)
- Must have demonstrated experience in a public facing or customer service workplace with excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills - with working knowledge of Local Government Act, Dog Act and relevant Council Local Laws and policies.
- Experience in monitioring of parking and issuing infringement notices.
- Completion of or progression towards a Regulatory Officer Compliance Skills (ROCS) 1 and 2 or relevant experience.
- Must have dog and cat management experience, including dog attack investigation, impoundments and issuing infringements
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, both as a member of a team and individually with miminal supervision.
- Experience in enforcing Local Laws including breach investigation, prosecution, and court appearances.
