Role Overview
An opportunity exists for 2 Private Bankers to join a growing Melbourne-based Private Banking team. You will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing tailored banking, lending, wealth and cash management solutions while working closely with specialist partners.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and deepen relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, families and advisers
- Support complex lending requirements across trusts, family groups, corporate entities and investment structures
- Assist clients with banking, deposits, cash management and ongoing servicing needs
- Partner with investment and wealth specialists to deliver holistic client outcomes
- Drive portfolio growth through referral networks, client events and recent business opportunities
- Maintain strong compliance, KYC, onboarding and risk management standards
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience

Skills & Experience

- Experience managing banking, private banking or wealth management client relationships
- Strong lending, credit assessment and credit policy knowledge




- Experience with complex lending structures and sophisticated client needs
- Understanding of transaction banking, deposits and cash management solutions
- Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients, family groups, business owners or family offices
- Exposure to residential, commercial property, investment or bespoke lending transactions
- Experience developing referral relationships with accountants, lawyers, financial advisers or similar networks
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related discipline highly regarded
