Grit Talent Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Delivery Manager to support critical ICT projects and event-readiness initiatives within a federal government setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day delivery of event-critical ICT activities
- Coordinate testing and assurance activities, including integration, data flows, capacity/load, disaster recovery, business continuity and production verification testing
- Manage resources, priorities, risks and delivery timelines
- Provide timely advice to support operational decision-making and business continuity
- Work closely with technical teams, business areas and senior stakeholders
- Support election readiness and delivery activities

About You
- 5+ years' experience managing ICT projects across time, cost, quality and scope
- Proven experience planning and delivering test assurance activities
- Strong communication,



stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements
- Comfortable working independently with limited direction while contributing effectively within a team
- Active NV1 security clearance required prior to commencement

Desirable: Tertiary qualification or recognised certification in Project Management, Management or a related field.
