About the role
Are you a curious, driven student or recent graduate looking to break into consulting? Our 6-month Consultant Internship gives you real project experience — the kind of research, delivery and client-support work our Consultant team does every day — while building the foundations we look for at Business Analyst level.
You'll progress through five structured phases:
- Weeks 1–2: Onboarding, culture and systems training — attached to a live project team from week two
- Weeks 3–6: Foundational skills workshops (research, presentation-building, client communication, data analysis), a buddy mentor, and shadowing of internal and client meetings
- Weeks 7–16: Rotational experience as a named team member on 2–3 client/CoE projects, owning workstreams and producing at least one client-ready deliverable
- Weeks 17–25: Deeper client exposure, co-owning a workstream end to end, and an Innovation Challenge presented to leadership
- Week 26: Structured feedback and handover

- Currently studying or a recent graduate (business, psychology, HR or related discipline)
