What you'll be doing:

- Be the driving force of the venue: visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that match the pace and energy of Chatswood.
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
- Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture.
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver strong commercial performance.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
- Handle peak trade with confidence, from after school and weekend rushes to late night trade.




- Build real connections with the local Chatswood community through engagement and activations.

Who we're looking for

- A confident, experienced leader who loves being in the action and understands what great hospitality feels like.
- Commercially aware, with experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.;
- A natural coach who lifts performance and holds high standards.
- Comfortable leading a busy, high-volume venue.
- People focused, with a genuine love for hospitality and creating great experiences.
