An exciting prospect is available for an experienced General Manager or 2IC to lead a family friendly, community-focused hotel in regional NSW.

This venue brings together quality food, live entertainment, sport and family-friendly hospitality. We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can build a strong team, drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The Role As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the venue’s day-to-day operations, including:

- Leading, mentoring and developing the management and operational teams
- Driving revenue, profitability and overall venue performance
- Managing budgets, labour costs, stock and operational KPIs
- Maintaining high standards across food, beverage, gaming and entertainment
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, gaming, WHS and food safety requirements
- Building strong relationships with guests, suppliers and the local community
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture

About You:

You will be an experienced hospitality leader with:

- Previous experience managing a busy pub or large hospitality venue




- Strong commercial, financial and operational capability
- A proven ability to recruit, lead and retain great teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality
- Current NSW RSA and RCG qualifications, or the ability to obtain them
