We’re urgently looking for Disability Support Workers living in Medowie NSW. In this rewarding role, you’ll support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Assisting with transport, shopping, and outings
- Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with domestic tasks and meal preparation
What You’ll Get
- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular weekday roster (Monday to Friday)
- Minimum 3 days availability required
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Community/aged care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
