The role
Providing dedicated support to two Partners and the broader Banking & Finance team, you'll take ownership of a varied remit, including:

- Managing diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Organising domestic and international travel
- Overseeing billing, expenses and related reporting
- Preparing and processing trust account transfers in line with firm procedures
- Amending, formatting and finalising documents, correspondence and presentations




- Maintaining accurate client and contact lists
- File opening and closing, archiving and record management
- Providing broad administrative support across day-to-day operations

About you

- Minimum 3 years in a legal support role (Legal Assistant, Practice Assistant, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary)
- Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment — exposure to Elite highly regarded
- Advanced skills across Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analysis, problem-solving and sound judgement
- Clear, concise communication, adapted to your audience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
