Your role will include:

· Working with a diverse range of presentations, and across the lifespan, depending on your experience and areas of interest.
· Monitoring and evaluating client progress and treatment outcomes, reviewing goals and adapting interventions as clinically indicated.
· Maintaining detailed, accurate and timely clinical records, including case notes, treatment plans, risk assessments, outcome measures and reports.
· Collaborating effectively with GPs, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, support coordinators, families and other relevant professionals to promote coordinated and holistic care.
· Participating in peer consultation, case discussions and clinical collaboration within the team.
· Engaging in regular professional supervision and ongoing professional development.
· Managing a flexible and capped caseload while maintaining high-quality, ethical and client-centred care.
· Completing clinical and administrative requirements associated with the role, with administrative support included to help you focus on clinical work.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for a psychologist who is warm, clinically capable and committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. You’ll bring current AHPRA registration, experience delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed psychological assessment and therapy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll be comfortable working with diverse client populations and a broad range of presenting concerns, with the ability to build genuine therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. A strong commitment to ethical and skilled practice in accordance with the AHPRA Code of Conduct is essential.
