Key Responsibilities

This position is based in the Sunshine Coast office five days per week.

- Provide sourcing administration across multiple client projects
- Support Sourcing Managers with negotiation plans, templates and procurement documentation
- Coordinate meetings, calendars and agendas across the sourcing team
- Prepare meeting minutes, actions and monthly client reports
- Review procurement documentation for accuracy, grammar and consistency
- Maintain project records, governance documentation and client deliverables
- Coordinate activities between clients and internal teams
- Provide diary coordination and administrative support to the organisation's founders
- Support two to three Sourcing Managers across multiple concurrent projects

About You

- Experience in procurement administration, project support or project coordination
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills




- Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings and competing priorities
- Exposure to sourcing processes, terminology and documentation
- Confident communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing written documentation
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements
- Comfortable working with Mac systems and Microsoft Office
