Home Services Officer (All-Rounder) | BlueCare | Dicky Beach Aged Care Facility

Employment Term: Casual hours available

Roster: Please clearly state your availability for shifts on your application questionnaire. Morning shifts can start as early as 6am. Afternoon shifts can finish as late as 8pm.

Location: Dicky Beach Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $37.56 p/hr casual + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

About the role:

As a Home Services Officer, you'll help create a clean, welcoming and comfortable environment for residents in our aged care home, supporting their wellbeing and quality of life through activities that include:

Assisting with meal preparation, meal service and dining room support

Cleaning resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard

Providing laundry services, including caring for resident clothing and linen

Supporting residents with warm, respectful and person-centred service

Following food safety, infection control and hygiene practices

Working as part of the hospitality team to deliver quality daily services

Role requirements:

Experience in hospitality, food services, cleaning, laundry or a similar role

A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing quality service

Understanding of food safety, infection control and cleaning practices

Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
