Detailed Job Description:

- $135,000 + super + bonus
- Tech industry
- Sydney CBD | Hybrid, 3 days in office

- You read the room well! You know when to step in, when to push, when to ask questions, and when to simply make things happen

whether you're dealing with another EA, an internal executive, or a senior external stakeholder
- You're robust, adaptable, and comfortable around strong personalities - very little rattles you!
- You anticipate what's coming, act quickly, and don't need to wait for someone to tell you what to do
- You're hardworking and flexible, happy to pitch in and occasionally work outside the usual parameters when something important needs to happen
- You enjoy working hard, getting to know people, and having some fun along the way!

A snapshot of your role…

- Partner closely with the Executive Director, managing a busy diary, meetings, priorities and competing demands
- Coordinate travel arrangements, managing itineraries, logistics and any changes along the way
- Build robust relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including government, community and industry contacts

- Provide broader administrative and coordination support across the wider team as required
- Take ownership of day-to-day priorities, using your judgement to keep things moving
