Tocumwal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute care team on a 12-week contract basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an in-charge role in a regional NSW setting, offering the chance to lead a small team while delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will bring ED or acute care experience, triage expertise, and a track record of managing clinical teams effectively.

- 12-week contract role with immediate start, based in Tocumwal, NSW
- In-charge responsibility across ED and Acute care with triage leadership

Preferred Requirements

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA




- Demonstrated experience in Emergency Department, Acute care, or Aged Care nursing
- Proven in-charge or team leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Solid triage assessment skills and experience managing patient flow
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
