We’re looking for a switched-on, organised and commercially curious Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our Client Services team.

The Role

Reporting to our Client Service Director, you'll sit at the centre of Client Services and Operations, helping turn client plans into successful activity in stores across Australia.

One minute you could be preparing a brief for our field teams, the next analysing campaign results, coordinating Point of Sale materials, updating client trackers or helping prepare a presentation showing the results and ROI from a major activation.

This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing every day.

You'll work across clients, campaigns, data, reporting, logistics and field operations, giving you fantastic exposure to how a national shopper marketing and field sales business operates.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will:

- Coordinate client activations, projects and ongoing programs.
- Prepare clear briefs and communications for our field teams.
- Manage Point of Sale allocations and liaise with logistics partners.
- Maintain client trackers, CRM information and planning documents.




- Analyse campaign results and prepare client reporting, including performance and ROI.
- Support client reviews, presentations, forecasting and invoicing.
- Work closely with Client Services, Planning, Finance and Field Operations to keep projects on track.
- Identify smarter ways to improve processes and client delivery.

About You

You might come from client services, sales support, marketing, retail operations, administration or project coordination and be looking for your next step.

You’ll be someone who loves being organised, enjoys variety and can confidently juggle multiple priorities without losing the details.

You’ll also bring:

- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to build great relationships and work across multiple teams.
- A genuine desire to learn and grow.
