This is a hybrid position.

We are seeking a commercially minded Commercial Analyst to take ownership of FP&A; activities across ANZ and work closely with experienced senior finance leaders. Acting as a trusted finance partner, you will work closely with key business functions to deliver accurate budgets and forecasts, analyse financial and operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives through financial modelling and scenario analysis, enhance reporting and performance visibility through dashboards and key metrics, and support sound financial management across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Partnering: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and operational teams to provide commercial insights, performance analysis and recommendations that support growth and profitability.
- FP&A; & Reporting: Deliver monthly management reporting, dashboards, KPI analysis and financial modelling to support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning aligned with business performance and market trends.
- Commercial Analysis: Support pricing, business cases, investment decisions, procurement initiatives and strategic projects through detailed financial analysis and modelling.
- Performance Management: Analyse OPEX, margins and profitability, identify risks and opportunities, and work with budget owners to improve financial performance.
- Finance Governance:



Maintain strong financial controls, compliance and reporting processes, supporting audits, ERP activities, risk management and continuous process improvement.

About you:

- CA/CPA qualified, with prior experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or management accounting.
- Big 4 Audit/Business Services experience with a move into commercial finance is preferred but not essential.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning, development and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Excel, Sage or MYOB will be highly regarded.
