They are looking for a Speech Pathologist who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to be part of a close, supportive team.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a completely full diary on day one. Your caseload will be introduced gradually, with the opportunity to shape your clinical mix around your experience and interests.

The purpose-built space will include:

- 10 consulting rooms
- OT sensory gym
- Physiotherapy space
- Shared multidisciplinary workspace
- Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Behaviour Support services

Your caseload: The broader allied health service supports both paediatric and adult clients, with a strong paediatric focus.
Rather than applying a rigid caseload structure, the Directors are happy to discuss the populations and presentations you enjoy working with and build your diary accordingly.

The organisation already has strong relationships with Support Coordinators and an active referral pipeline, so you won't be expected to generate your own caseload.

The position will initially involve a combination of community and existing clinic-based appointments, transitioning towards more clinic work as the new premises open.

Workload & earning potential: The standard expectation is approximately 25 billable hours per week.

If you're someone who enjoys being productive and chooses to work beyond this, additional billables attract a 40% bonus, allowing experienced clinicians to significantly increase their overall earnings.

Community appointments are also grouped geographically where possible, and clinicians receive $20 per community visit requiring travel, rather than relying purely on a kilometre reimbursement model.

This is a genuinely family-friendly organisation.
Need an earlier start? Prefer later appointments? Have commitments outside work? The Directors are open to structuring working hours around the clinician wherever possible.

You'll also finish with a half-day every Friday, giving you additional time back at the end of the week.

A slower, supported introduction. Even experienced clinicians aren't expected to walk in and immediately carry a full caseload.
You'll complete an initial three-day induction, covering:

- Clinical and administrative systems
- Intake processes
- Documentation and forms
- Internal processes and expectations
- Team structure and service delivery
- Weekly supervision from a senior practitioner

From there, your caseload will gradually increase as you settle into the organisation.
