Join a growing, family-owned allied health provider in South-West Sydney that already has a strong referral network, an established client base and some exciting plans ahead, including a brand-new 350sqm multidisciplinary clinic opening now, Liverpool region

They are now looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who wants more than simply inheriting a list of clients. You’ll have the opportunity to build a caseload around your clinical interests, help shape the OT service as the team grows and potentially progress into a leadership position in the future.

A new clinic built for Allied Health. The organisation is preparing to open a 350sqm multidisciplinary clinic in South-West Sydney, with plans to grow the team to a full MDT.

The new space will include:

- 10 clinical consulting rooms
- Dedicated OT sensory gym
- Physiotherapy space




- Shared team workspace
- Multidisciplinary Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support and Occupational Therapy services

For the right Senior OT, this provides an opportunity to come in at an exciting stage of growth and have genuine input into how the OT service develops.
Your caseload The organisation supports both paediatric and adult clients, with the current therapy caseload weighted approximately:

70% Paediatrics | 30% Adults

Rather than giving you a rigid caseload from day one, the Directors want to understand what you enjoy clinically and where your strengths sit.

There are already clients waiting to access Occupational Therapy services and a strong network of Support Coordinators referring into the organisation, so you won't be expected to spend your time trying to generate your own referrals.
The role will initially involve predominantly community-based appointments, with increasing opportunities for clinic-based work once the new premises open.

Your workload: The expectation is 5 billable appointments per day / 25 billable hours per week.

Community appointments are geographically grouped to minimise unnecessary driving.

You will also receive $20 for each community visit requiring travel. For example, three community appointments can provide an additional $60 in travel payments, even where those clients are located relatively close together.
Once you exceed your billable expectations,



you'll receive a 40% bonus on additional billables, providing genuine earning potential for clinicians who enjoy being productive.

Onboarding that doesn't throw you in the deep end: Even though they're looking for an experienced clinician, the team doesn't believe in filling your diary from your first week.
You'll start with a structured three-day induction covering systems, processes, documentation, intake procedures and how the organisation operates.
From there, your caseload will be introduced gradually so you have time to settle in, ask questions and become comfortable before your diary builds.
