Rental Sales Representative – Laverton

Shubh Motor Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven Rental Sales Representative to join our growing rental team in Melbourne.

About the Role

This is an active sales and business development position focused on generating recent rental customers and increasing our commercial vehicle rentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through prospecting, referrals and outreach
- Respond to Facebook Marketplace and customer enquiries
- Follow up leads and convert enquiries into rentals
- Promote vans, trucks and other commercial vehicles
- Build relationships with courier, logistics, delivery and trade businesses
- Develop referral and B2B partnerships




- Manage customer follow-ups and rental extensions
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and proactive personality
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
- Previous automotive or rental industry experience is an advantage
