Due to continued growth and ongoing investment in their people and processes, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their collaborative finance team on a permanent basis.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will play a key role in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across a large employee workforce.

Working within a supportive team environment, your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end processing of a high-volume fortnightly payroll
- Managing new starter, employee change and termination documentation
- Responding to payroll-related enquiries from employees and stakeholders
- Processing salary adjustments, employee maintenance and payroll amendments
- Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll activities




- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards and company policies
- General payroll administration and employee onboarding support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous payroll experience within a high-volume environment
- Exposure to a large payroll system such as SAP, iChris, ADP or Payglobal
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
