About the role
As a Luxury Sales Associate you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalised and elevated customer experience while building long term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing exceptional, tailored customer service to a luxury clientele
• Achieving individual and store sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clienteling
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Maintaining impeccable visual standards and store presentation
• Supporting daily store operations and working collaboratively within the team

About you




You are passionate about luxury retail, service excellence and creating meaningful customer experiences.

You will bring:
• Previous experience in luxury retail (preferred)
• A proven sales mindset with a client focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished and professional presentation
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
