We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic hands-on supervisor with pool site management experience to join our growing team.

You will be working & supervising high-level residential projects with guidance from our Construction Manager. If you enjoy creating highly detailed projects in a positive team environment, you will love working here.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

- You will be actively involved in all aspects of building of custom designed swimming pools as part of comprehensive project works.

- Responsible for running & completing projects on time and to Aquarius Pools Standards.

- Site set outs

- Excavation & concrete spray supervision

- All aspects of pool plumbing including equipment installation

- Use of power tools

- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Site Safety.

- Knowledge of permit process

- Customer service skills and communication

- Commissioning & handover

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction Industry or similar role within the pool industry

- Pool industry experience is essential for this role

- General building/construction knowledge is essential (knowledge of datums, elevations, reading site plans etc.)

- Valid White Card

- Leadership initiative & conflict resolution skills

- High Safety Culture & strong organisational/project management skills

- Keen eye for detail, be quality driven & display a high standard of professionalism.

- Current drivers' licence

- Must be physically fit and in good health.

- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with subcontractors, colleagues and clients.

- Must have a keen eye for detail and be quality driven.

- Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to take decisive action.

- Trade qualifications and proven work history for a respected swimming pool company,

- Pool-specific trade qualifications are advantageous for this position

- an ability to work in a team and autonomously.

- a desire and genuine passion for construction with the knowledge and skill to back this up.

- you must be a self motivated individual who is accustomed to operating in a fast paced team workplace.

- you should have excellent people skills and enjoy working collaboratively and in a manner that is conducive to getting the job done.

- a reliable, honest and highly motivated individual

- Australian work rights are required for this position
