Skin Divinity is looking for an exceptional Clinic Coordinator / Operations Manager to join our beautiful Byron Bay clinic.

This is an exciting prospect for an experienced, warm and inspiring leader who loves creating exceptional client experiences, supporting teams and being part of a growing luxury brand.

You’ll play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, overseeing administration and reception, client relationships, online orders, team performance, rostering and systems, while working closely with the Directors to drive growth and elevate the Skin Divinity experience.

We’re looking for someone organised, confident and people-focused, with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for skin, aesthetics and exceptional client care.

As Skin Divinity continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of exciting future developments, including new clinic openings, growing teams and expansion into new markets.

- Experience in clinic, operations or management, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, wellness or healthcare
